HOW IT WORKS
Daily practices are offered to encourage a moment to be with yourself tand expose you to a variety of elements that show up in our daily lives and in nature. Nature lives naturally in cycle and so we teach users to re-align with this natural way of being and showing up in the world. To learn and feel in their element. When users complete cycles, they move along their progress journey and the more cycles completed, the more users are rewarded with tools to support them in this progress journey.
